One of our biggest passions is helping people improve their badminton – that’s why we started our YouTube channel!

The benefits of our videos are that we can reach more people, and that they can watch for free. 

But of course, people will often improve faster through more personal coaching sessions. 

Whilst we currently don’t have the time to do much in-person coaching regularly, when we do, we love to travel around the UK & worldwide to help you improve your game, in-person!

Badminton Insight Training Weekend

The Badminton Insight Training Weekend is where you can experience how professional players train for 2 full days.

We ran 2 Badminton Insight Training Weekends in 2024 and 2025, and all 30-40 spaces on each Weekend sold out within 24 hours!

I attended Badminton Insight's Training Weekend in September & I can truly say, it exceeded my already sky-high expectations. I had an incredible experience during the Badminton Insight Training Weekend! The sessions were intense, well-structured, and designed to push us to our limits, just like professional athletes.
