Great core routines. At first I found the beginner really difficult but as you say 'the more you do them the better you get' and I have now advanced onto the intermediate after just 1 month. I like how there are so many as well so it doesn't get boring and I can also choose which one do by how much time I have. I haven't been able to get back on court but I'm sure these will help my movement in my game as I do feel stronger already - thanks guys!
